Our History

 

Founded in the early 1990s, the company is located in the industrial heartland of the Yangtze River Delta, boasting complete industrial supporting facilities and superior port access. Over more than 30 years of dedicated development, it has evolved from a small processing workshop into a leading modern manufacturer of polyethylene pipe fittings in China. We specialize in the R&D, production and global import & export of PE pipe and fitting systems for gas supply and water drainage.

 

In the early stage of the industry, the domestic market for high-performance plastic gas pipe fittings was dominated by foreign brands. Leveraging independent material research and mold innovation, we took the lead in breaking through core production technologies and realizing the localized mass production of electrofusion fittings, ending the long-term monopoly of overseas products and driving the industrialization of plastic pipe network fittings across the country.

 

Throughout its development, the company has accomplished major milestones including full-range product expansion, construction of intelligent production bases, establishment of R&D platforms and standardized joint-stock reform, forming an integrated industry-university-research operation model.

Our History

 

Currently, we employ over 300 staff, among whom more than a quarter are professionals engaged in material R&D, mold design, fluid engineering and quality inspection. We maintain long-term technical cooperation with multiple domestic universities and material research institutes to tackle key problems such as pipe material modification and fitting structure optimization, and have undertaken numerous provincial, ministerial and national scientific research projects.

 

While deeply cultivating the domestic municipal supporting market, we ventured into international trade at an early stage. With products complying with international standards, we have steadily expanded our business to many countries worldwide.

 

After rounds of market upgrading and technological accumulation, we have moved beyond simple OEM production and grown into a full-industry-chain comprehensive service provider covering raw material formula development, independent mold manufacturing, large-scale production, product testing and certification, domestic and overseas project supporting as well as cross-border supply services.

 

We have built solid reputation and brand influence in the domestic and international gas pipe fitting sector. Ranked among the key tax-paying industrial enterprises locally for consecutive years, the company is also an appointed supporting supplier for major domestic gas groups.

 

Our Factory

 

Our enterprise owns two standardized and modern industrial production parks. Covering a total land area of nearly 300 mu with a total construction area exceeding 60,000 square meters, the parks adopt a zoning layout for production workshops, finished product warehouses, professional testing laboratories and new product trial-production workshops. All infrastructure and overall plant layout are constructed in accordance with EU environmental production specifications and national green factory standards of China, fully catering to diversified demands including mass production for bulk foreign trade orders, batch stock preparation and customized processing services.

 

The production parks consist of five dedicated functional zones: intelligent injection molding for electrofusion fittings, finishing processing for butt fusion fittings, assembly for steel-plastic composite fittings, precision processing for PE valves, and extrusion molding for PE pipes. Every workshop is fitted with independent constant temperature & dust removal systems, waste gas purification devices and reclaimed water recycling facilities. All environmental protection equipment has passed official EIA approval, with all discharge indicators meeting import environmental standards of European and American countries.

 

Our warehouse adopts a 3D intelligent shelf system, where goods are categorized by specification, type and export destination with sufficient permanent stock. This supports fast response to full-container overseas orders and shorter lead time. Multiple large container loading platforms are available on site. Located within a short drive from Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port, our plant enjoys convenient land transportation, offering remarkable sea freight advantages in delivery efficiency and overall logistics cost.

Our Factory

 

Supported by complete hardware facilities, our factory maintains stable and large-scale production capacity. The annual output reaches more than 15 million pieces of various PE pipe fittings, hundreds of thousands of sets of steel-plastic transition fittings, tens of thousands of professional PE valves and 50,000 tons of PE pipes. As one of the few domestic production bases capable of mass-producing large-diameter non-standard pipe fittings, we are competent to undertake OEM private labeling and ODM customized development businesses for overseas engineering projects.

 

The whole factory has implemented the 6S refined on-site management system and full visual control over the entire production process. Global purchasers can make appointments anytime for on-site factory audits or remote video tours covering the whole production chain.

 

 Our Certificate

 

We participate in formulating national and industrial association standards in China. We are certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise, Provincial SRDI Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise and Zhejiang Made Quality Mark Enterprise. Our system certifications, product qualifications and patents satisfy requirements for domestic bidding, EU customs clearance and overseas large-scale infrastructure project tendering.

 

We have passed integrated ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications, as well as certifications for intellectual property, energy management, industrial & information integration and measurement management systems. We were among China's earliest manufacturers to obtain the pressure pipeline component production license, qualifying us for mass production of gas PE pipe fittings.

Our product certifications include Green Product Certification and Zhejiang Made Quality Mark Certification. All products have passed tests in compliance with Chinese national standards, EU EN standards and ISO standards, and we can provide supporting test documents for CE certification to ensure smooth customs clearance in the EU and most Middle Eastern countries. Our in-house testing center has obtained CNAS national laboratory accreditation, and its test reports are mutually recognized by laboratories worldwide. We are capable of independently conducting all tests including physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, air tightness and burst tests of finished products, weathering aging tests and low-temperature impact tests without relying on third-party institutions.

In terms of intellectual property rights, we have obtained over a hundred authorized patents, including more than ten invention patents. The patents cover core technologies such as structural design of electrofusion fittings, mold forming processes, air tightness testing equipment and protection technologies for buried pipelines. We have taken an active part in formulating 6 national standards as well as a number of industrial and association standards.

 

Furthermore, the company has earned numerous honors and qualifications including Provincial Famous Brand Product, Provincial Famous Trademark, Municipal Single Champion in Manufacturing, Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and supporting facilities for Postdoctoral Workstation. Electronic versions and scanned copies of all certificates are available upon request for overseas merchants to complete bidding filing and import declaration procedures.

Production Equipment

 

The company has invested tens of millions of RMB to introduce a full set of intelligent production and precision testing equipment from leading manufacturers in Germany, Japan and China. We have realized full-process automated operations covering raw material modification, injection molding, precision machining, automatic assembly and non-destructive comprehensive testing. Our equipment is up to the hardware standards of top European pipe fitting manufacturers, enabling us to control the dimensional accuracy and performance stability of export products right from the production source.

We have dozens of precision injection molding machines in different models, with a maximum injection capacity of 150,000 grams for one-piece molding of DN630 extra-large PE pipe fittings. All injection stations adopt robotic handling and closed-loop scrap recycling systems to avoid manual-induced dimensional errors.

 

Our dedicated high-performance PE extrusion lines are fitted with online laser wall thickness and outer diameter monitors, ensuring stable tolerances and continuous mass production of PE80 and PE100 pipes.

 

Valve and steel-plastic fitting workshops are equipped with CNC lathes, machining centers and automatic assembly lines. Threads and sealing surfaces are precision-machined to meet British, American and Chinese standards. We also feature fully automatic fusion welding lines to process large-diameter non-standard welded fittings for overseas projects.

Supported by our CNAS-accredited laboratory, we are equipped with a complete range of high-end testing instruments, including X-ray non-destructive flaw detectors, pipe hydrostatic burst testers, high and low temperature aging chambers, melt flow index testers and low-temperature drop weight impact testers. We can conduct a full range of tests in line with Chinese and European standards, covering raw material particle performance, air tightness, aging resistance and pressure resistance of finished products.

 

All production equipment across the plant is connected to the MES intelligent production management system. Production batches, raw material sources and testing data are fully traceable. Overseas customers can look up the entire production history simply via product batch numbers, ensuring fully controllable quality of all export products.
