The enterprise's core product lines focus on supporting systems for polyethylene gas pipelines and municipal water supply and drainage pipelines. After years of technological iteration, we have developed five major product systems: electrofusion fittings, butt fusion fittings, steel-plastic transition connectors, dedicated PE ball valves and custom welded pipes. We have more than 3,000 specifications and models in total, covering a full caliber range from DN25 to DN630. We can provide one-stop complete pipe fittings for global municipal gas and civil water supply engineering projects, and are one of the manufacturers with the most comprehensive product specifications in the pipe fitting industry.
As our core best-selling product for foreign trade, the electrofusion series covers saddle tapping branches, electrofusion sleeves, multi-specification elbows, equal/reducing tees and plugging fittings. Multiple specifications are applicable to gas pipeline renovation and pipeline emergency repair projects in the Middle East and Europe, with product technology and performance strictly complying with EU EN1555 international standards.
The butt fusion series includes conventional injection molded fittings such as straight joints, reducers, flanges, end caps and elbows, adopting two production processes: integrated injection molding and precision machining. It is suitable for civil building water supply and the construction of small and medium-sized household gas pipeline networks.
The steel-plastic series is dedicated to solving the different-diameter connection problems between plastic pipes and metal steel pipes. Various steel-plastic transition joints and wall-penetrating connectors are widely used in old pipeline network renovation projects.
The valve product line includes buried integrated full-bore ball valves, threaded ball valves and flange ball valves. Featuring outstanding soil corrosion resistance and low-temperature anti-fragility, these valves adapt to complex overseas construction environments such as cold regions and saline-alkali soil.
The pipe product range includes PE80 and PE100 solid-wall gas pipes, water supply pipes, coiled pipes, as well as large-diameter non-standard welded pipe fittings.
In addition to standard off-the-shelf products, the enterprise supports customized research and development as required. We can develop non-standard products with special wall thickness and special connection structures according to pipeline specifications of different countries and actual project construction environments. All raw materials are brand-new first-grade polyethylene materials, with batch sample retention and testing for all incoming raw materials.
The full range of products conforms to Chinese national standards, EU standards and ISO international standards. Adopting dual supply modes of direct stock delivery and customized R&D, we can flexibly meet diversified procurement demands of global foreign trade customers.
Product Application
Leveraging the properties of polyethylene including corrosion resistance, resistance to foundation settlement, excellent low-temperature toughness and easy on-site installation, our full range of products are applied in six core sectors: urban gas transmission and distribution networks, municipal water supply and drainage projects, transportation of corrosive industrial fluids, oil and gas gathering pipelines, domestic water supply for buildings, and underground water supply and drainage for mines. Our products have been used in tens of thousands of projects of all sizes across dozens of countries worldwide, and can adapt to extreme geographical and climatic conditions such as hot tropical deserts, frozen soil in frigid Northern Europe and high-salinity coastal areas.
Urban gas supply is our core application field
Domestically, we support major national gas groups in the construction of municipal trunk pipelines, community gas household renovation and suburban LNG branch lines. Internationally, our products are widely used in municipal gas renovation projects for public benefit across the Middle East, rural gas popularization programs in Eastern Europe and civil gas supporting facilities in suburban areas of South America.
In municipal water supply and drainage
Our products are mainly adopted for urban rainwater and sewage diversion networks, water transmission trunk lines of water plants and rural centralized safe drinking water renovation projects around the world. Their superior corrosion resistance greatly reduces the subsequent maintenance and replacement costs of underground pipelines.
For industrial fluid transportation
Our products serve corrosive medium delivery in chemical parks, purified water circulation pipelines in food processing plants and industrial water supply and drainage pipelines in the papermaking industry. Steel-plastic composite fittings effectively resolve connection issues between pipelines of different materials in industrial settings.
In the oil and gas sector
Our products support shallow oil and gas gathering branch lines for PetroChina and Sinopec, and are also exported to oil and gas exploitation projects in Central Asian countries.
In the construction sector
Our products are suitable for buried outdoor water supply pipelines of overseas residential buildings and hot and cold water pipeline systems in villa communities. For mining operations, they are applied to underground water supply, drainage and mineral processing fluid pipelines in Southeast Asian and African mines.
