We have been listed in the annual centralized procurement catalogs of top domestic gas groups for many consecutive years, serving as a long-term framework supplier for China's top ten gas enterprises including China Resources Gas, Hong Kong and China Gas,ENN Group, China Gas and Kunlun Gas. We keep winning bids for centralized tenders of water supply and gas renovation projects launched by urban investment companies across the country, and deliver supporting products for over a thousand new municipal pipeline construction and old pipeline renovation projects annually. Thanks to reliable product supply and consistent quality, our repurchase rate among domestic end project clients remains at a high level in the industry.

Benefiting from the convenient location near Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port, our products are exported in bulk to nearly 40 countries and regions across Eastern and Southern Europe, the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq and Qatar, South America such as Brazil and Peru, Central Asia and Southeast Asia. We have appointed exclusive local agents and established localized warehousing and distribution networks in core Middle Eastern markets.
A large number of our products are used in government-funded municipal gas livelihood projects and water supply infrastructure for commercial real estate overseas. We have repeatedly won large-scale bulk procurement tenders issued by gas authorities in Middle Eastern countries.

We offer four types of foreign trade cooperation: full-container FOB delivery of stock products, exclusive regional agency, ODM customization for overseas engineering projects and OEM private labeling. Our export volume has maintained steady growth for five consecutive years. We have built a standardized three-in-one service system covering pre-sales technical consultation, full-process order follow-up during sales, and global technical maintenance after-sales throughout the customers' entire procurement cycle. Catering to communication needs of clients across multiple time zones worldwide, we deliver one-stop solutions for overseas buyers regarding product selection, production scheduling, shipment and on-site construction.
Pre-sales Services & Complimentary Value-added Support
We provide a full range of free value-added services at the pre-sales stage. Professional piping engineers assist clients with product selection and optimize accessory lists free of charge, taking into account local climate, geological conditions and municipal pipeline codes of the buyer's country. We also work out precise pipe fitting schedules based on construction drawings to avoid project losses caused by improper selection.
New overseas clients are eligible for product sampling service, with clients only bearing international freight. Samples will be dispatched within 3 to 7 working days, accompanied by product test reports and qualification documents to support clients' local tender application, filing and customs clearance.
Global clients may book on-site factory visits or online virtual factory tours at any time. Our sales and technical specialists will give full guidance and introduce production lines, CNAS-certified laboratories and finished goods warehouses. Complete electronic versions of enterprise qualification documents will be provided as requested. For special non-standard product requirements, our R&D team offers free customized solutions and rapid sample production.
In-sales Order Management
Once an order is confirmed, dedicated order coordinators provide one-on-one follow-up at every procedure, and update real-time progress of raw material procurement, production scheduling, factory inspection, container loading, customs declaration and shipment arrangement.
Before delivery, finished products will undergo full-item sampling inspection in accordance with standards, together with product certificates and test documents. We assist clients in applying for certificates of origin, GSP certificates and other customs clearance documents as required. For regular in-stock orders, full container loading and shipment can be completed within 7 to 15 days.
After-sales Support & Rapid Response Mechanism
We have set up an efficient after-sales response system. All product inquiries and quality feedback will receive written replies in both Chinese and English within 24 hours, and targeted solutions will be implemented within 48 hours.
Under standard construction, storage and transportation conditions, all products enjoy a 12-month factory warranty. Free replacement, return and resupply are available for products with manufacturing defects. For major overseas infrastructure projects, we can dispatch domestic technical engineers to the project site for installation guidance and construction training upon request.
We keep regular spare parts inventory for long-term regional agents to shorten replenishment lead time. Long-term clients also get priority access to new product sampling and technical upgrade services.
