Our Buried PE Pipes for gas use a special PE material. This material is made only for gas applications. We test every batch more strictly than water pipes. Each pipe goes through extra checks for slow crack growth and high-pressure hydrostatic strength. These tests meet the high safety needs of gas pipelines. We follow all environmental rules in production. Our factory has proper waste treatment systems. If you find any quality problem on site, you can call our support team right away. We give remote technical help for most cases. For difficult issues, we send a technician to your site. One of our sales engineers will help you pick the right pipe based on your gas pressure level (medium or low pressure). In the industry, SDR11 is often used for medium pressure gas lines. SDR17 works well for low pressure gas networks.

We sell Buried PE Pipes under FOB terms. We pack the pipes with steel strips into hexagon or rectangle bundles. Then we cover them with a rain-proof film. This compact packing saves space in shipping containers. It also protects the pipe surface from scratches and moisture. We keep stock for sizes from DN32 to DN315 all year. If you are a returning customer, your production time is 10% shorter than for new customers. That means faster restocking. There is no minimum order quantity. You can even buy just one single pipe. This helps you with urgent repairs or small projects. The size and SDR selection rules are the same as for water pipes. We suggest you pick SDR11 or SDR17 first. Other SDR types are made to order.

The table below gives the full size range, outer diameter limits, and minimum wall thickness for each SDR class. All data follows the same standard as water pipes but with higher testing requirements.
