Improved Forming Process

We listened to customer feedback from the past. Old elbow pipes had uneven wall thickness. So we improved our cold‑forming method. Now every part of the bend has the same wall thickness. This makes the product stronger under high pressure. It will not crack or leak at the thin spots. We still do first‑piece check, random checks, and full final check. But we also add a water pressure test for every elbow. That test finds any weld crack or hidden leak before shipping.

Custom Length and OEM Service

The table below lists all regular sizes from 20×22 up to 63×60. L1 is the PE side length. L2 is the steel side length. Use these numbers to cut pipe correctly on site. We also offer OEM branding.
