This makes the whole pipe system last longer. Our R&D team made special improvements to the mold for this product. We carefully control the wall thickness on the inner and outer curve. The result is a Butt Fusion 45 Elbow that aligns easily during welding. You get fewer common problems like mismatched edges or bad fusion.

Smooth Turn for Less Flow Resistance

Three-Step Quality Check

We use a three-step quality check for every product. First, we test the raw materials before they go into production. We check the first piece from each mold. Second, we take a sample from the injection machine every hour. Third, before packing, we check all finished products for surface flaws and size errors. If a Butt Fusion 45 Elbow has uneven wall thickness, surface holes, or wrong sizes, we throw it away. No bad parts go into our stock. You can also invite your own inspector or a third party like SGS to our factory. If they find a problem, we pay for all rework and new parts.

Export Packing and Key Sizes

For export goods, we use carton plus pallet packing. This is good for long sea shipments. Our Butt Fusion 45 Elbow covers sizes from DN50 to DN355. Our order code rule is MT45° plus the size. For DN355, the code ends with a 3. The total length L is the key number for on-site welding. Use the table below to pick and check your size. We make sure you get the right elbow for a smooth and low-resistance pipe turn.
